Service Description

Private sessions are designed to safely guide students through customized, personal practices each trimester by building strength, reducing stress and preparing the body for delivery.  The first trimester, practices focus on strengthening the core and legs, building balance, and opening the hips. Practices for the second trimester focus on simple vinyasa flows that are stabilizing and mobilizing.  The third trimester, practices focus on stability, breathing techniques, and opening the hips. Finally, students are offered personalized practices during postpartum to encourage rest.
